Order Processing & Production

All products are made to order. After your order is placed, it is sent to production with one of our fulfillment partners. Production times may vary depending on the product, print provider, order volume, and destination.

Most orders are processed and sent to production shortly after they are placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information if tracking is available for your shipment.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the product, print provider, shipping method, and delivery address.

Estimated delivery times may include:

  • Domestic U.S. Standard Shipping: usually about 2–5 business days after production for many Printify providers.
  • Domestic U.S. Economy Shipping: usually about 4–8 business days where available.
  • International Standard Shipping: usually about 10–30 business days after production.

These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs, carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses, holidays, weather, or other issues outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product type, print provider, shipping method, and delivery destination. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on the products and fulfillment providers used.

International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or carrier fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier delays.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent once your order ships. Please allow time for the tracking link to update after the carrier receives the package.

Some shipping methods or destinations may have limited tracking.

Some packages may come and be delivered in separate boxes.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the order may be delayed, returned, or lost. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect customer-provided shipping information.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@theeautoshop.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted for production.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at support@theeautoshop.com with your order number and shipping details.

We will review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner when possible. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other events outside of our control.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@theeautoshop.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue qualifies, we may offer a replacement, reprint, or refund. Because our products are made to order, we generally do not require damaged or defective items to be returned unless we specifically request it.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, wrong color choice, or change of mind.

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, colors, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.

If there is a manufacturing issue, damaged item, misprint, or fulfillment error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
